When ordering off our website due know that we will fill the arrangement as close as possible but could have to substitute the flower or color depending on the inventory of our flowers or if our wholesaler would have it. There has been a 10% increase to our website due to the Tarriff. We will fill all our orders as close as possible but no guarantee that we would have to substitute the flower or colors. Us at Rosemary's normally do call the customer to let them aware of any changes on an order. Sorry for any inconvenience during this time.

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

We sent these as a gift, so we didn't see anything but the picture. But we were told they were beautiful and they we well received. They also were delivered on the day that they were supposed to be. I placed an order and they were ready within an hour or two. No one was at the delivery address at the time, so the individual making the delivery called me and was very accommodating by delivering to an alternate address. The flowers were more beautiful than the photo. They were delivered on time with the delivery instructions followed to a "T". The recipient of the flowers approached me with tears in her eyes to say thank you.
