When ordering off our website due know that we will fill the arrangement as close as possible but could have to substitute the flower or color depending on the inventory of our flowers or if our wholesaler would have it. There has been a 10% increase to our website due to the Tarriff. We will fill all our orders as close as possible but no guarantee that we would have to substitute the flower or colors. The flowers selections were quite different from the photo but the size and quality met all expectations. ---- Florist's Response: I am sorry for that happening I am glad the size and quality was met but we do have a substitution policy on our website as well.
