When ordering off our website due know that we will fill the arrangement as close as possible but could have to substitute the flower or color depending on the inventory of our flowers or if our wholesaler would have it. There is still some shortages due to Covid so we will fill all our orders as close as possible but no guarantee that we would have to substitute the flower or colors. I have an issue with my order (no fault of rosemarys) and it was promptly taken care of. I also needed it delivered by noon and it was therein plenty of time. Rosemarys is a great local business, WAY batter than those online delivery places.
