When ordering off our website due know that we will fill the arrangement as close as possible but could have to substitute the flower or color depending on the inventory of our flowers or if our wholesaler would have it. There has been a 10% increase to our website due to the Tarriff. We will fill all our orders as close as possible but no guarantee that we would have to substitute the flower or colors. Us at Rosemary's normally do call the customer to let them aware of any changes on an order. Sorry for any inconvenience during this time.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Want to give a shout out to the team of Rosemarys Florist. I recently had switched to using them for my floral needs in the Western Maryland region. They amazing as they deliver on time and what you order. They have called to discuss the arrangements I have ordered to make sure little adjustments would be ok and that there are no misunderstandings regarding what was ordered and what was delivered.
